Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years prior banking experience (preferably Small Business).
• Notary Public (Possible).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of small business customers and be their primary banking contact.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify tailored banking solutions.
• Cross-sell and deepen relationships through prospecting and referrals.
• Promote digital banking solutions and use CRM to enhance service quality.
