The role emphasizes sales and service excellence, building relationships through proactive outreach, digital demonstrations, and cross-selling, while adhering to regulatory requirements and Fulton policies.

Formación

• 3 or more years demonstrated sales experience.
• 3 or more years customer service experience.
• 2 or more years prior banking experience (preferably to include Small Business).
• Notary Public (Potentially).

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of small business customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through various channels, including outbound calls and inbound inquiries, and leverage the Distributed Work model.
• Utilize the CRM to promote banking solutions and maintain familiarity with deposits, lending, credit cards, and digital solutions.
• Manage risk by complying with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
• Adapt to branch traffic and customer needs while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
