• Promote banking solutions using CRM; maintain knowledge of deposits, lending, cards, and investments for a one-stop customer experience.
• Maintain risk controls by adhering to Fulton policies and regulatory requirements; exercise sound judgment.
• Adapt to branch traffic and customer needs; balance proactive sales, Distributed Work Model tasks, and transactional processing with service excellence.
