Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Senior Small Business Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $2.5 million. You will support two to three branches as a dedicated resource, addressing complex client needs and opportunities with a consultative approach.

You will translate financial information, cash-flow dynamics and client goals into practical guidance, and drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years in customer service, consultative sales or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Criminal and credit record satisfactory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of banking operations, sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Support two to three branches as a dedicated relationship resource.
• Address complex client needs and opportunities with consultative selling.
• Translate financial information and cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance.
• Conduct outside prospecting to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Identify client priorities and align products with growth and risk objectives.
• Develop relationships and collaborate with branch partners and clients.
• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure value through handoffs and follow-through.
