Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a seasoned commercial lender to support Small Business Banking clients through end-to-end fulfillment of conventional and SBA credit requests. You will evaluate credit proposals, structure loans, and partner with field teams to grow opportunities and deepen client relationships.

This role emphasizes collaboration with bankers and sales teams to ensure product fit, timely submissions, and an enhanced client experience throughout the credit process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial lending, credit analysis, underwriting and portfolio management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills including financial modeling.
• Experience with credit and treasury sales and client-facing relationship management.
• Ability to coach on credit and treasury sales.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill conventional and SBA credit requests end-to-end.
• Assess product fit, submit applications, and monitor loan fulfillment.
• Advise clients on credit and treasury needs to deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to drive credit growth and process improvements.
• Serve as main contact for bankers, sales, fulfillment, and clients through the credit cycle.
