Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Understanding of core business products and services and how business needs vary by industry/market.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners across lines of business.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and firm interests.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Leverage knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote client solutions.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationship development plans.
• Pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet client financial needs.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
