Washington Trust Bank in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an energetic SBB Relationship Manager to grow and manage small business client relationships in our Central Washington market.

The role combines sales, financial analysis and community engagement, with progression from RM II to RM IV and compensation aligned with experience, plus eligibility for annual bonus and incentive programs. Join a team that values integrity and customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or business.
• General banking knowledge and Small Business lending experience.
• Experience in fiduciary relationship management and Small Business lending.
• Knowledge of Small Business policies, product knowledge and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• PC-based technical proficiency; NMLS registration required to perform duties.
