Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in relationship management and new business development.
• Experience with business banking lending and commercial credit analysis.
• Knowledge of local Northern Delaware market and community banking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via referrals and network.
• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to clients.
• Perform financial analysis including credit reports and cash flow projections.
• Develop loan structures and repayment schedules aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with credit and portfolio teams to renew loans and update profiles.
