Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks a Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow relationships with small-to-medium businesses up to $10M in revenue. You will deliver lending, deposit, and non-credit products, and act as the primary relationship manager for client portfolios.

Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, analyzing financials, structuring loans, and cross-selling cash management and wealth solutions, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of new business development and relationship management experience.
• 5+ years of business banking lending experience.
• Experience building relationships in the Northern Delaware market.
• Credit analysis, loan structuring, and financial statement review knowledge.
• Familiar with regulations and Bank Secrecy Act/AML policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and networks.
• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Cross-sell banking solutions and manage loan structures and repayment terms.
• Perform financial statement reviews and assess creditworthiness.
• Monitor loan portfolio and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior relationship managers on lending procedures and sales.
