Zions Bancorporation is hiring a Small Business Relationship Manager to develop and structure SBA and conventional loans across our western markets. You will build durable client relationships, evaluate financials, and prepare credit-ready packages for approval.

The role emphasizes compliance and an ability to identify growth opportunities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in lending, with strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, banking products, credit policies and regulations.
• Strong customer service, negotiation and computer skills.
• Knowledge of commercial, SBA and/or small business lending.
• Strong analysis and credit review skills and risk policies.

Responsibilities

• Generate and structure SBA and/or conventional loans by building relationships.
• Identify business development opportunities and support joint calls with bankers.
• Assess client eligibility by reviewing financial statements and documentation to meet loan needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, SBA guidelines, and bank policies.
• Structure loan proposals and prepare credit packages for approvals.
• Monitor loan portfolio for risk and delinquencies to mitigate losses.
• Participate in community organizations and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
