Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the small business banking strategy across its banking center network. You will partner with Credit, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver streamlined processes and growth.

You will coach regional and market leaders, deliver training on lending, treasury, and merchant services, and monitor performance against targets using analytics and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of banking experience.
• 5+ years of business development experience.
• 3+ years of successful commercial or small business lending.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the small business banking strategy for the banking center network.
• Establish processes and sales disciplines to support acquisition and retention of small business clients.
• Identify market opportunities and initiatives that increase market share and wallet share within the small business segment.
• Coach, train, and develop regional, market, and banking center leaders on small business banking strategies and sales processes.
• Build and deliver training programs that increase associate knowledge of small business products, lending, treasury management, and merchant services.
