Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Banking Leader to drive the strategy across the banking center network. You will align with Personal Banking, Credit, Product, Treasury Management and other teams to deliver a seamless client experience for small business clients.

The role emphasizes coaching frontline teams, expanding lending, deposits, treasury services, and merchant services while ensuring compliance and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of banking experience.
• 5+ years of successful business development experience.
• 3+ years of commercial or small business lending experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the small business banking strategy for the banking center network.
• Establish processes and sales disciplines to support acquisition and retention of small business clients.
• Identify market opportunities and initiatives to increase market share and wallet share.
• Create annual and quarterly objectives aligned with growth goals.
• Coach, train, and develop regional and banking center leaders on strategies and sales processes.
• Build and deliver training on small business products, lending, treasury management, and merchant services.
• Track performance against goals and KPIs; use analytics to identify opportunities.
• Partner with banking centers on complex opportunities and client relationships.
