NBH Bank is seeking a Business Banking Center Manager III in the United States to lead a dynamic sales team serving small business and consumer clients. You will train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve aggressive sales goals while delivering comprehensive banking solutions.

You will actively participate in community initiatives, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional service and risk-aware lending practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years’ banking experience with external business development.
• Valid driver’s license (driving history verified).

Responsibilities

• Train and coach a successful sales team pursuing small business and consumer banking clients.
• Achieve specific sales and service goals by delivering a full range of business banking services (deposits, treasury management, loans).
• Represent the bank in the community and participate in local initiatives.
