NBH Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic sales and service team and deliver exceptional client service. You will train and coach a successful sales team in small business and consumer banking while acting as a key contact for clients.

• 1+ years banking experience with external business development.
• Register in NMLS and comply with SB policies including background checks.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MV report.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with clients and staff within the community.
• Coach and motivate a sales team focused on small business and consumer banking.
• Achieve specified sales and service goals by providing deposits, treasury management and loan products.
