Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based role in Issaquah, WA, starting ASAP through January 2027. You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to support students' communication goals.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($35-$45) and benefits including paid sick leave, medical coverage, a 401(k) with company matching, licensure reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires WA State Health SLPA license.
• Completion of an SLPA program or related bachelor’s degree.
• Completion of 100 clinical hours.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow supervision and complete onboarding/background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct speech-language services under the supervision of an SLP.
• Implement therapy activities and interventions per the SLP.
• Support students’ progress toward IEP goals.
• Collect data and maintain service documentation.
• Prepare and organize therapy materials.
• Communicate progress to the supervising SLP.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support communication needs.
• Maintain student confidentiality and district procedures.
