Ampersand Therapy LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, in-person leave replacement in Duvall, WA. You will work under an SLP to deliver direct services and support students with communication goals within a school setting.

You will collect data, maintain documentation, and coordinate with educators while contributing to IEP outcomes. WA SLPA license required; pediatric experience preferred; position starts ASAP and may extend beyond the initial assignment.

Qualifikationen

• Active Washington State Department of Health SLPA license.
• Completion of an SLPA program or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Completion of 100 clinical hours.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct speech-language services under the direction and supervision of an SLP.
• Implement therapy activities and interventions outlined by the supervising SLP.
• Support students’ progress toward IEP goals.
• Collect data and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Prepare and organize therapy materials.
• Communicate student progress and observations to the supervising SLP.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students’ communication needs.
