Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position in Seattle, WA. The assignment spans two school locations, serving developmental preschool and medically complex students.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individual and small-group therapy, IEP development, progress reporting, and collaboration with teachers and families. Prior DSPS/OSPI requirements apply; CFs welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Does not require CCC; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Washington State license or eligibility to obtain.
• Education Staff Associate certificate or eligibility required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Provide individualized and small-group therapy.
• Develop and implement IEPs and measurable goals.
• Support preschoolers and students with complex needs.
• Prepare progress and evaluation reports; attend IEP/eligibility meetings.
