Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage at Lafayette Pointe and West Lafayette OH. You’ll provide high-quality care consistent with our standards, evaluating, treating, and documenting progress with the team.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, an active state license, CCC-SLP, and at least 1 year of experience. On-site position with leadership support and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities
