Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime schedule at Morningside Health Services in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The role offers flexibility to build a schedule around your life while collaborating with a team of clinicians focused on high-quality care.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
