Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team in Rib Lake, WI. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, building individualized plans in collaboration with a supportive therapeutic team.

You bring a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP credentials. Prior approache goals include educating patients and families and documenting progress to guide ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:
