Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The role supports PRN scheduling with daytime hours at Menomonee Falls, WI, working within a collaborative therapy team committed to high-quality patient care.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP. Prior experience in SLP is preferred, with responsibilities spanning evaluation, plan development, documentation, and patient

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
