Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN scheduling. You choose when you work, while remaining part of a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
