Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Poplar Bluff, Missouri seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team at Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center. Daytime, on-site schedule, with flexible hours to fit life and mentorship from a supportive clinical team.

Required is a Master’s in SLP, current Missouri license with CCC-SLP, and prior experience is preferred. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families to ensure high-quality

• Master’s degree required.
• Current state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
