Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN assignments in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll join a team that values flexible scheduling while delivering consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with clinicians to ensure safe, effective therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license and CCC-SLP certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
