Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN work at Heritage Health Services in Port Washington, WI. You choose when you work while being part of a multidisciplinary team that values quality care.

Master's in SLP, a current state license and CCC-SLP are required; 1 year of experience preferred. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans and educate patients and families on communication and swallowing safety.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
