Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role in Hayward, WI. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and document progress as part of a collaborative team.

Required are a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state SLP license, and CCC-SLP. PRN daytime schedule with placements at Hayward Health Services, Hayward, WI.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
