Continuum Therapy Partners in Delavan, WI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, while collaborating with therapists who value quality care.

The role offers flexible daytime hours, state licensure and CCC-SLP certification required, and a supportive environment with opportunities to educate patients and families.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
