Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. You’ll choose when you work while collaborating with therapists who value quality care and patient outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state license, and CCC-SLP; one year of experience is preferred. You’ll evaluate and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
