Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Lake City, FL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage at Lake Montgomery Health & Rehabilitation Center. The role offers flexible scheduling while being part of a supportive therapy team.

Required: Master's in SLP, active SLP license in Florida with CCC-SLP, and strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
