Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center in Jasper, FL. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, building individualized plans within a supportive team.

Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification. Prior SLP experience is preferred as you join a clinician-led team committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license is required; CCC-SLP certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
