Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team. You’ll choose when you work while remaining part of a supportive group led by experienced clinicians delivering quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP license, CCC-SLP, and a preference for 1 year of experience. Location is Oak View Health & Rehabilitation in Orange Park, FL, with daytime PRN shifts. Starting 1/1/27.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
