Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team in Starke, FL. As a PRN therapist, you choose when you work while remaining part of a collaborative team led by experienced clinicians who value quality care.

We support flexible scheduling at Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center with a focus on individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The role emphasizes patient education and outcome-driven care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
