Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN services at Beach Street Health & Rehabilitation Center in Daytona Beach, FL. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, while documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current State SLP license, and CCC-SLP eligibility; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License is required; ASHA CCC-SLP is required.
• 1 year of SLP experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
