Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our not-for-profit team dedicated to helping senior residents live their best lives. You will evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, establish goals, and deliver individualized care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP programs based on a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one with individualized, functional-based treatment sessions.
• Desire a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
