Legacy Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy in senior living communities. You will assess and treat swallowing and communication disorders, set meaningful goals, and coordinate plans of care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes private, one-on-one sessions and evidence-based practices, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement Speech Pathology programs after a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated team under medical orders.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one to ensure individualized attention with functional-based approaches.
• Individualize treatment sessions as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional‑based treatment approach.
• Individualize treatment sessions as needed.
• Work a desirable Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech‑language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
