Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for its Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. You will evaluate and create individualized plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

The role is full-time, daytime, with full benefits, licensure reimbursement, 401k, and a sign-on/retention bonus option. Located at Bethea Retirement Community, Darlington, SC.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of prior experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
