Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our expanding national network. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license and CCC-SLP credential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
