Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a therapist-led team committed to delivering high-quality care. This position focuses on evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualified applicants hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials. Prior clinical experience is preferred.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
