Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Laurens, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The position offers a full-time daytime schedule at Martha Franks Retirement Community, with comprehensive benefits and licensure support.

The role requires a Master’s degree in SLP, a current state license with CCC-SLP, and a preference for 1 year of experience. You will evaluate, treat speech, language and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license and CCC-SLP certification.
• One year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
