Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a growing national footprint. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized plans, and documenting progress to improve outcomes.

The position is full-time with daytime hours at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. Licensure in the state and the CCC-SLP credential are required, with a strong preference for candidates with at least one year of

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
