Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a therapist-led team at Peak Pinelake in Carthage, NC. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with evidence-based plans and ongoing progress documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, is licensed in the state, and has CCC-SLP credentials; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
