Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Elizabeth Adam Crump Health and Rehab in Glen Allen, VA. This daytime, full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and licensing support.

You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety. A CCC-SLP and state license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required


• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required


• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders


• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
