Five Points Nursing in Amarillo, TX is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehab team dedicated to resident-centered care and positive outcomes.

Provide comprehensive evaluations for swallowing and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals. Educate residents and caregivers, document clearly, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.

• Evaluate residents' swallowing or cognitive deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
