Job summary

Caesars Entertainment operates Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. This role focuses on creating exciting guest experiences on the casino floor by supervising team members, coaching for success, and maintaining accurate records while promoting Caesars Rewards.

The incumbent builds guest loyalty, handles difficult situations with professionalism, and ensures compliance with policies across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
• Previous work experience in a guest contact position.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Slot Operations preferred.
• Literate, fluent, and easily understood in English.

Responsibilities

• Actively build and retain customer relations and mentor team members for superior service.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and supervise assigned personnel; coach for success.
• Build customer loyalty, handle problems, and promote the Caesars Rewards program.
• Know and ensure compliance with government, corporate, property, and department policies.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Promote teamwork and consistency between shifts and departments.
• Analyze casino screens and reports to make decisions on comps, credit, and disputes.
• Use Windows/Word/Excel to complete forms and enter data.
• Ensure security of company funds and maintain accurate records and inventory logs.
• Approve jackpots up to $100,000.
• Maintain awareness of slot cheating and suspicious activities.
