Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise table games dealers and evaluate performance.
• Control gaming cards and equipment; manage fills/credits and rundowns.
• Analyze player activity for irregularities and potential cheating.
• Develop staff and provide training; coordinate schedules and duties.
• Review table game activities and promotions with managers.
• Meet with department directors and maintain guest service excellence.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and employees.
