Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Louisiana is seeking a Slot Department Supervisor to oversee slot personnel during assigned shifts, ensure the security of slot funds, and enforce company policies and gaming regulations on the casino floor.

You will respond to customer disputes, prepare schedules, maintain key controls, and build a friendly rapport with guests and team members while communicating effectively via two‑way radio. Must be at least 21 and able to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on the casino floor and in an office setting with exposure to noise, smoke, and lighting

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel during the assigned shift
• Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints
• Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payments, jackpots, cash transactions, and malfunctions
• Prepare and implement work schedules in response to business demands
• Maintain secure key controls at all times
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and employees
• Effectively communicate by two-way radio
• Other duties as assigned
