Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of two years casino gaming experience, slots preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Work may occur in office and casino floor with environmental factors including noise, smoke, and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel.
• Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints.
• Complete written forms detailing jackpots, cash transactions, and machine issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and implement work schedules.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop and maintain a courteous rapport with customers and employees.
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio.
• Other duties as assigned.
