Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in supervisory role in casino or gaming environment.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to operate two-way radios and standard casino tech.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot service staff in the proper performance of duties.
• Respond to and resolve guest disputes and complaints.
• Perform minor repairs to gaming devices, including cleaning jams, resetting machines, and verifying jackpots.
• Accurately complete department forms and records detailing jackpots, cash/coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop, apply and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with guests and Team Members.
• Effectively communicate by two-way radio.
