Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Slot Technician to provide quality guest service in the slot area, respond to technical service calls, and assist in keeping the gaming floor organized and safe. The role includes training new team members and supporting the escalation of complex repairs to appropriate channels.

The position requires responding to calls promptly, maintaining equipment and knowledge of games, and complying with casino policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service and responds to guest requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoots, replaces, or repairs components on slot machines (touch screens, bill acceptors, etc.).
• Train new Slot Technicians and Slot Attendants; assist with escalated repairs as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of games offered and ensure play rules are followed.
