Monarch Casino Resort Spa - Black Hawk is seeking a passionate Table Games Supervisor to join our team in Black Hawk. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supervising staff and guiding daily operations on a designated shift within Table Games to ensure exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include overseeing strategies for service, layout, and profitability, while coordinating staffing and maintaining department records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Minimum 5 years of dealing experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Table Games Shift Managers to oversee customer service, comping, and revenue goals.
• Assess staffing needs and adjust to match business demands.
• Support departmental goals and monitor performance against profitability.
• Resolve team member issues and motivate staff to provide quality service.
• Maintain presence on the casino floor and manage paperwork for the department.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure service and safety standards.
